BEACH FRONT HOME IN RINCON

If you are looking for an oceanfront house with room for a large family or several couples, look no further. This great vacation rental has everything to make your stay pleasant and memorable. From the very spacious veranda, you can view fabulous sunsets, and maybe catch the antics of passing humpback whales in the winter season. Enjoy cooking al fresco with a gas barbecue. This house offers AC in all the bedrooms. Two air-conditioned bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twins), one bathroom, and an air-conditioned kitchen/dining area are downstairs. Upstairs, separate entrance, there are two more air-conditioned bedrooms each with a queen size bed and their own private bathroom! There is a living room with ceiling fans only, and a spacious veranda overlooking a large landscaped yard with the Caribbean Ocean right out your back yard! The home is completely furnished including satellite TV, WiFi, air-conditioners in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, and a washer/dryer. There is off street parking and a fenced yard, great for familys with small children.

Not suitable for unaccompanied students. Minimum age to rent, 25 years and must be present. This home is in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties, or excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please contact us about arrangements for any special events.

Payment Information

Payment Policies: A deposit of 50% is required at the time of reservation by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The balance is due 30 days before arrival by same credit card. If less than 30 days until check-in, payment in full is due at time of reservation. No reservations should be assumed until the initial deposit or payment is made and a signed contract is received by the renter from Island West Properties. Please do not make any travel plans that can not be changed until you have received your signed contract. Homes can not be held without a deposit. First payment will have the reservation.

Cancellations: CANCELLATIONS: if ninety (90) or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 90 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained ONLY if the unit is subsequently rented. If we can not rent the unit, we shall retain the entire deposit. EXCEPTION: FOR RESERVATIONS BETWEEN DEC. 15 AND JAN. 7, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. In case of cancellation, notice must be received by ISLAND WEST PROPERTIES, INC. in writing by certified, return mail. No refunds for early check outs except when the island goes to official hurricane warning.
