The reservation payment,and final payment shall be made by money order,certified check or cashier's check.A personal check will be accepted for any of these charges if presented to the Owner on or before 30 days prior to the date said payment is due.Thereafter, no personal checks will be accepted.You shall pay a $25.00 processing fee for any check that is return by the financial institution due to insufficient funds or otherwise.We also accept visa,master card and american express. These card will have a handling fee charge.
Cancellations: We require a non refundable deposit of 20% to hold reservations for 30 days,upon which ,you need to have made up the 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due upon arrival,but if you prefer to pay by check(instead of credit card) we need to receive a check at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Our cancellation policy is thus: the Initial 20% is non refundable(unless for some reason we could not provide the villa --hurricanes etc.Then we would refund it).The rest is refundable if you cancel more then 30 days prior to your reservation 50% is not refundable.(the rest would be,if you were to have paid in advance).
we also require a damage deposit. If you use a credit card you must agree to cover any undue damages or loss on your card. If you pay by check then we ask you for a check for $100. which we would only deposit in the case of undue damages. Otherwise (which has,so far:always been the case) we just send you back your un deposited check,after a careful inspection by us.
Our contract basically states that no illegal activity can be done in the villa(drugs etc) and that you are understand that the swimming pool is a very deep one and that you are responsible to take care of your children around the pool area,an adult ( who can swim) must be with them at all times.
Arrival/Departure: Tenants agrees that check-in time is no earlier than 2:00pm ( unless prior arrangements have been made) and check-out time is no later than 12:00noon
Tax: 7% room tax
