Deposits: 40% deposit
Payment Policies: Balance is due 30 days prior to checking date. We honor major credit cards as Visa, Master Card, and American Express. For your convenience we will automatically charge the credit card given at time of reservation. If you would like to use an alternate method of payment, please let us know in advance.
Cancellations: The Guest may cancel their booking at any time up to or during the Rental Period. In the event that the Guest exercises their right to cancel, the Broker will charge the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the Total Rental Fee:
Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20%
Between 30 and 60 days prior to the arrival date 40%
Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date 100%
During the Rental Period: The Broker regrets that it is unable to waive any of the cancellation charges above, whatever the circumstances. The Broker recommends that all guests take out adequate cancellation or vacation insurance. There will be no reimbursement of money if clients cancel or vacates the premises prior to the termination of this agreement.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Trip cancellation insurance can be purchased through any insurance company.
DAMAGE DEPOSITS: A $300 damage deposit per unit of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom is required upon arrival. A $1000 damage deposit is required for the 3 bedroom villa as well. The Damage deposit is fully refundable to you provided there are no damages, missing items or long distance telephone calls charged to the villa's telephone.

Tax: Sales Tax 7% Resort Tax 5%
