Casa Soleada is a one-bedroom vacation rental with its own private swimming pool. Convenient to many other Puerto Rico tourist attractions including the El Yunque Rain Forest Park, Old San Juan, Palmas del Mar Resort and many wonderful beaches. Casa Soleada is an excellent locale to tour about Puerto Rico. When you stay at Casa Soleada, we give you guest passes to Palmas Del Mar Resort. These passes give you access to the exclusive beach club and discounts for golf and tennis. At $1200 per week, Casa Soleada offers spectacular views in a relaxed vacation rental setting.

Amenities: The interior of Casa Soleada was recently redecorated to reflect the fun and color of the Caribbean. San Juan gold, tropical green and deep sea blue make each room a stimulating experience. The gracious porch provides a shady retreat mid-moring to dusk while providing the perfect place to relax and take in the spectacular view. A tiled bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures and showers. In the comfortable well-ventilated bedroom and sleeping area, all beds are new. Five ceiling fans supplement the wonderful tropical breezes that cool the home, making it comfortable all day long. House has ample parking, and a large yard with citrus, palm and flowering trees. If in season, feel free to pick your morning grapefruit and oranges.

Entertainment: Puerto Rico beaches and many other tourist sites are easily reached from Soleada. You can take day trips to any part of the island and still have plenty of time to return home for a relaxing dinner and a good night's sleep. Other Comments: The comfortable living room with white archways surrounded by faux stucco finish reflects the architecture of modern San Juan. Twin love seats are grouped with two banquettes to provide a wonderful conversation area. During the evenings you can relax in comfort and enjoy one of 50 movies from the house library. A TV receives stations from Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands...or turn on the Radio/CD/Tape player for local music, play music from the CD collection or listen to disks you've brought along.
